The charging port on my Kona Electric was jammed and would not open. I called service who stated they could not look at my car for approximately 2 weeks and transferred me to sales. Eric Baltazar, Sr. Account Manager answered the phone & offered to look my car and see if he could fix the problem or have service take a quick look. I drove over, Mr. Baltazar greeted me, grabbed some tools and fixed my charging port door. Based on this experience, I will now use this dealership to service my car. Dwayne when I first walked in was so professional and calming. I was very upset I have 2 fairly new hyuandai and both were down. i had one towed to South Shore and I am having a horrific experience. Went in yesterday to purchase a pre-owned certified car. I was looking for another Tucson as that was my current lease.
